    Winter items can be slow and frustrating to dry at home. We handle the drying so your items come back clean, dry and ready to use or store.

    Your reset comes back folded, packed and ready for cupboards, shelves, beds or guest rooms.

  • Care check included

    We do a basic Care Check before processing. If something looks delicate, dry-clean-only, wool, badly stained or unsuitable for standard processing, we’ll flag it before going ahead.

What are your winter laundry collection areas?

We offer winter laundry pickup and delivery across selected Cape Town route areas, including the Southern Suburbs, City Bowl and nearby neighbourhoods.

Current focus areas include Claremont, Newlands, Rondebosch, Constantia, Bishopscourt, Pinelands, Gardens, Oranjezicht, Tamboerskloof, Sea Point and Green Point.

If you are just outside our current route, send us your suburb and we’ll let you know what is possible.

What is the Winter Bedding Reset?

The Winter Bedding Reset is a simple R529 special for THREE bulky bedding items. You can send three of any duvet inners, comforters, blankets, mattress protectors or two pillows.

What is the Winter Laundry Reset Bag?

The Winter Laundry Reset Bag is a R459 special for up to 10kg of washable winter laundry, such as jackets, hoodies, fleece, tracksuits, winter schoolwear, throws and small washable blankets.

Can I send more than one bedding item?

Yes. Simply add more than one Winter Bedding Reset to your order.

Can I mix bedding and clothing in one special?

Rather keep them separate. Choose the Winter Bedding Reset for bulky bedding, and the Winter Laundry Reset Bag for winter clothing and washable household layers.

Do you wash feather or down duvets?

We’ll check the care label first. Some feather and down items need specialist handling, and we’ll confirm before processing.

Can I send dry-clean-only items?

Not under the standard Winter Specials. Dry-clean-only items should be handled separately or quoted before processing.

How long does it take?

Usually 48 hours, sometimes quicker.
