    Use your credit card or preferred payment method to make a secure payment to confirm your bundle and collection time.

    Feel free to use any practical container or bag to handover your laundry.

  • 5. Get it back ready to put away

    Your laundry is returned clean, folded, packed, labelled, and ready for cupboards, drawers, beds, or baskets.

Most items move through our Everyday Care lane as part of your normal weekly reset. We read labels. For those garments needing extra separation, gentler handling, or more attention, we offer a dedicated Special Care lane.

    Special Care uses extra sorting, handling, and machine time, so it is priced separately unless included in your plan.
