What can go into a Wash, Dry & Fold order?

This service is best for normal everyday laundry. Think clothes, pyjamas, gym kit, schoolwear, towels, underwear, socks, T-shirts, casual wear and the household laundry that builds up through the week.

Not ideal for:

Items with dry-clean-only labels, delicate fabrics, heavy stain work, special drying instructions or anything you would be nervous to wash in a normal household load. For those, choose Special Care or ask us before sending.

We read labels

Most wash, dry and fold orders move through our Everyday Care lane. That means normal household laundry is washed, dried and folded in a practical, consistent way.

We also do a basic Care Check, so obvious delicates, dry-clean-only labels or special-care items are not processed blindly. If something looks like it needs extra attention, we’ll flag it or move it into the right care lane where appropriate.

Current focus areas include Claremont, Newlands, Rondebosch, Constantia, Bishopscourt, Pinelands, Gardens, Oranjezicht, Tamboerskloof, Sea Point and Green Point. If you are just outside our current route, send us your suburb and we’ll let you know what is possible.

What is wash, dry and fold?
Wash, dry and fold is everyday laundry care. We wash your laundry, dry it, fold it neatly and return it packed and ready to put away.

Do you collect and deliver?
Yes. The Linen Club offers laundry pickup and delivery across selected Cape Town areas.

Can I send towels?
Yes. Towels are part of our everyday wash, dry and fold service.

Can I send bedding?
Yes, but bedding is best handled through our Pressed Bedding Studio if you want a more polished, hotel-grade finish.

Do you separate colours?
Standard wash, dry and fold is for everyday laundry. If you explicitly want colour sorting, separate washes or gentler handling, choose Special Care.

How long does it take?
Not longer than 48 hours, usually 24, depending on the order size and service selected.
